Spaghetti Group worked alongside the team at Popeyes to help define the unique elements of their guest experience in preparation for their UK launch. This included an audit of current national competitors’ products, packaging, tech, online presence, delivery experience, and where applicable a review of their Drive Thru experience. The research was summarised into a series of recommendations as to how Popeyes could bring their key ingredients and strategy to life through a series of customer journeys. We also carried out a review of current best practice in the industry for the recruitment and retention of staff, using this to shape a truly unique Employee Value Proposition.
