Krispy Kreme

In 2020, Spaghetti Group was appointed by Kreme to determine how their customer experience would develop in the post-covid world. This included carrying out interviews with several key stakeholders in the business to gain their insight into the challenges currently faced. We facilitated several online workshops with department leads to calibrate strategic intent and solutions and presented the findings to their senior management team along with a series of suggestions for “the next normal”.

We have also worked alongside the UK team to outline the future trends and tech influences impacting Drive Thru, providing an analysis of the critical success factors for current and future stores.
